Feeding puppies

DON'T FEED:

_ Gravy and jelly tinned food.
_ Cooked bones
_ Big treats (Boneos, Markies, Shapes etc)
_ Cheap, poor quality brands

FEED ONLY A QUALITY FOOD:

We recommend 'Hills Science Plan' or 'Barking heads'.

What else do dogs need?

Dogs enjoy raw meaty bones from time to time and
they are very good for their teeth.

How much food?

If a dog leaves food behind you have probably fed too much.

How often?

A puppy needs to be fed three to four times a day.

What else do dogs need?

We recommend that you give 'Synoquin' tablet(s) to your puppy every day. This is a glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate supplement that promotes the development of healthy joint cartilage to protect against developmental joint disease and also arthritis in old age.

Dog treats

Pro-reward freeze dried treats are healthy and VERY tasty.
The natural pet treat Company makes excellent treats including very popular
spare ribs.
Ostrich tendon chews are tasty, healthy and good for the teeth.
